Chef Josh began his culinary career in the U.S. Army at 17. Over seven combat tours, he led field kitchens in high-pressure environments—cooking for up to 1,500 soldiers daily across Afghanistan, Germany, South Korea, and Japan.

Cultural Immersion Through Cuisine

Wherever he was deployed, Josh learned and continuous learning from the local people. He cooked goat salad and stews in Afghanistan, Bratwurst and Black Forest Cake in Germany, and perfected BBQ Meatballs and technique in Japan and South Korea.

His philosophy: food is culture, and culture is power. This global immersion gave him unmatched skill and range. His airborne unit trusted him to fuel performance with meals that mattered.
