Shipping Policy for D’Elementi Catering

At D’Elementi Catering, we strive to ensure that your order arrives fresh, timely, and in perfect condition. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy to help you understand how we handle your orders:


Delivery Areas

We deliver to Seattle and surrounding areas, including Bellevue, Renton, Kirkland, and Redmond. For locations outside our standard delivery area, please contact us to discuss options and applicable fees.


Delivery Times

We deliver between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Delivery times are scheduled based on your event's requirements and agreed upon during the booking process. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.


Order Cutoff Times

  • Standard Orders: Must be placed at least 48 hours before the event.
  • Large Events (50+ guests): Require a minimum of 5 days’ notice.
  • Holiday Orders: Please place orders at least 10 days in advance to ensure availability during peak times.

Pickup Option

We also offer a convenient pickup option from our kitchen at:

Please schedule a pickup time during booking to ensure your order is ready.


Order Changes or Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

Handling and Packaging

All items are carefully packaged to maintain freshness and quality during transit. Hot items will be delivered in insulated containers, and disposable trays are used for convenience.


Responsibility

Once the order is delivered or picked up, D’Elementi Catering is no longer responsible for maintaining the temperature or quality of the food. Please ensure proper storage and serving conditions.
